Melanie and Mark promise not to do anything strange with your personal information. We only collect the details needed to organise the wedding, such as your name, contact information, RSVP, dietary requirements, accommodation choices and any messages you send us.

We will use this information to manage the guest list, arrange food, provide wedding updates and generally ensure that everyone ends up in the correct place at approximately the correct time.

Your details may be shared with trusted wedding suppliers where necessary. For example, the venue, caterers or website provider, but they will not be sold, traded or exchanged for additional bottles of champagne.

We will keep the information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to organise and complete the wedding, after which it will be securely deleted, apart from photographs and stories that may be brought up repeatedly for many years.
